The celebration takes place at North Hennepin Community College in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. This new location gives us more space, better parking, and easier access for families and community members.

We recommend arriving between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM to get parking, find your group, and get settled before the parade begins at 11:00 AM.

All parade participants and spectators should meet at the designated parade staging area on the North Hennepin campus. Volunteers and signs will guide you once you arrive.

The parade officially starts at 11:00 AM. Arrive early so you don’t miss the opening procession — one of the most powerful moments of the day.

Immediately after the parade, everyone transitions to Day in the Park, featuring food vendors, music, performances, community booths, family activities, and giveaways. The celebration continues until 7:00 PM.

Yes — registration is required, even though tickets are FREE. Registering helps us plan for parking, vendors, and giveaways, and ensures you’re entered into prize drawings throughout the day.
